“This is a wonderful hotel. The room is kept up nicely and it's spacious. The bathroom is large as well and has a bathtub and shower. You have a mini bar and complementary water which is great. The maid service was excellent and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. I really appreciate the price which was very reasonable”

“Room was spacious and comfortable. You can tell its an older hotel but its been updated some. Breakfast buffet was the best I've tried so far. Catering some to westerns. Staff was helpful. Live music was cool. Just a guy and a guitar and keyboardist. Steakhouse food was 8. I tried the snapper. Not seasoned well but the tarter sauce was a life saver. I also tried the pork ribs. It was ok. I could tell they weren't very fresh but still ok. Fries 10+. Thai food was excellent according to my wife....

“Cose positive: letto comodo, camera spaziosa a 10 minuti dal grande supermercato Central, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti locali con musica dal vivo, la colazione non l'ho fatta e non posso giudicare. Note negative : Aria condizionata troppo fredda anche se marca 30 g (ma non lo sono) e non di può aumentare, poca luce nel bagno e per fare la barba non è il massimo, non c'è la doccia ma la vasca bagno e senza una protezione per l'acqua si bagna tutto il pavimento, ho trovato nell'armadio un...

“Location Location Location 7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes. Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere ”

“Not much on the way of mod cons but room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and location wasn't too bad. Overall, I think it is a nice budget priced hotel. You could do better for a price, but you could definitely do a lot worse...”

“The pillow had a noticeable odor from a previous guest, which is unacceptable and raises serious concerns on both cleanliness and the hotel’s standards. This falls below what guests should reasonably expect. The hotel needs to be more diligent and transparent in replacing bed sheets and pillowcases for each new guest. Additionally, the room was left in service with a cracked mirror, which further reflects poor maintenance and a lack of attention to guest safety and quality.”
